Freelance

Freelancing is where you work for a company but you only come in only when they need you. So say you are working as a programmer but they haven't got around to coding stuff in yet that means you wouldn't do anything until they get to that part. Which i suppose means you get a nice long break.

When your a freelance you'd be paid when ever you work, so working for 1 day you would be paid something like £250 then you come back whenever they need you and be paid again for however long you work for.
